The details
The ribs are turned into the body and run from the base to the shoulder, stopping where the neck begins — that stop is what gives the silhouette its onion shape rather than making it a fluted pot. The neck is deliberately tight so one stem stands upright unaided, which is the whole job of a bud vase and the thing most of them fail at.
Styling it
Three in a row, each with a single stem, does more on a windowsill than one full arrangement. They are cheap enough to buy that way.
