Agreement

By placing an order with RTlapse you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. They exclude import duties and taxes, which are covered in the Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is accepted.

Product descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including its dimensions and exactly what is in the box. Where our supplier has confirmed only the shipping carton rather than the piece, the listing says so.

Colours vary between screens. Glaze, grain, resin tone and weave density vary between individual pieces made from natural or fired materials; that variation is inherent, not a defect. A meaningful difference in shape, size or colourway is covered by our returns policy.

Discounts

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with each other or with an automatic offer — the best applicable discount is the one that applies. We may withdraw an offer at any time; withdrawal does not affect an order already placed.

Decorative use

Items are sold as decorative unless a listing states otherwise. Ceramic and glass pieces are not food safe unless stated. Follow the safety guidance on candle and incense listings: never leave a burning candle or lit incense unattended, or within reach of children or pets.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
