Where we ship

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Cost

Shipping is included in the price shown. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.

These are the carriers' own ranges, not guarantees. Customs inspection and peak season can add time. A small number of oversized or fragile pieces move on a slower service; where that applies it is stated on the product page.

Import duties and taxes

Duties and import taxes are not included and are not collected by us. Most orders arrive with nothing further to pay, but customs rules change and your authority may charge duty or sales tax on delivery. That charge is set by your government, not by RTlapse, and we can neither predict nor refund it.

Where orders ship from

Items are dispatched directly by our manufacturing and fulfilment partners. An order containing several pieces may therefore arrive in more than one parcel, at different times, at no extra cost to you.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second dispatch may be chargeable.
