How do I know how big a piece actually is?
Every listing gives measurements in centimetres plus a size band — tiny (under 8 cm), small (8–15 cm) or statement (over 15 cm). Where our supplier has only confirmed the shipping carton rather than the piece, the listing says so in those words rather than presenting the box as the object. Ask us and we will measure it. See how we size things.
Do the photos show exactly what I receive?
Yes for the piece itself. Styling props in the photographs — flowers, plants, books, food, candles — are not included unless the listing says so. Each product page has a What's in the box panel stating the exact quantity, and calling out the props.
Is a set of two sold as a pair or individually?
It is stated explicitly on every listing. If the title says "set of two" you receive two. If a piece is sold individually but photographed in a group, the What's in the box panel says so.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Tracked transit is typically 5–11 business days to the US, 4–15 to Canada, 4–12 to the UK and 6–10 to Australia, after a 2-day dispatch window. Full detail.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is included in the price shown — there is no separate delivery charge at checkout.
Will I pay customs charges on delivery?
Import duties and taxes are not included and are not collected by us. Most orders arrive with nothing more to pay, but customs rules change and your authority may charge duty or sales tax on delivery. That charge is set by your government rather than by us.
What happens if it arrives broken?
Send one photo within 30 days and we replace it free. You do not need to post the damaged piece back.
Can I return something I simply do not like?
Yes — unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days. Return postage is yours unless the item was damaged, faulty or misdescribed.
Are the ceramic pieces food safe or watertight?
Assume decorative unless a listing states otherwise. Vases described as watertight will hold water; candle vessels and trays are not intended for food.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Glaze, grain and resin tone vary between individual pieces. Screen calibration also shifts colour. A meaningful difference in shape, size or colourway is not normal variation — contact us.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. RTlapse is online only, which is part of why we put this much detail into measurements and descriptions.
