The details

Reactive glazes move in the kiln, so the colour pools thicker in the recesses and thins over the high points. That is why no two come out identical, and why photographs only approximate it. If you want a piece that looks like it has a history, this is the one in the range that does it honestly.

Styling it

Against plain walls and light wood. Its surface is busy enough that it does not need a busy neighbour. Dried stems suit it better than fresh.
