The details

Olive wood has the most dramatic grain of any board timber — dark, sinuous figure against pale sapwood — and because each board follows the shape of the branch it came from, no two are the same size or outline. The handle is part of the board, not joined. Left irregular on purpose.

Styling it

This is a board to leave out. Standing it against a wall behind a counter does more than putting it in a drawer.
