The details
Vertical hangings solve a problem horizontal art cannot: the narrow strip beside a doorway, a window reveal, the wall at the top of stairs. The repeating discs give it rhythm down its length, so it reads as designed rather than as a string of beads.
Styling it
Anywhere tall and narrow. Hang it so the bottom disc sits above head height in a walkway. Give it a plain wall. Pattern behind it ruins the rhythm.
