The details
Two layers of borosilicate glass fused at the rim with a sealed gap between, which is what creates the floating look and keeps the outside cool to hold. Borosilicate takes a temperature change without cracking, so hot milk is fine. The handle is drawn from the outer wall rather than stuck on.
Styling it
It is small — 250 ml — so it belongs on a tray with coffee things rather than in a cupboard. The effect only reads with something opaque in it; empty, it disappears.
